From historic goals to future NHL stars and championship-winning teams, re-live some of Portland’s iconic nights in the postseason.
April 11, 2015: Alternate captain Oliver Bjorkstrand scored the biggest goal of the series, beating Everett 3-2 with his double overtime winning goal 29 seconds into the fifth frame. It was the Hawks fifth double-overtime-winning goal in franchise history.
Bjorkstand, currently a star player with the Columbus Blue Jackets, sits second on the Winterhawks all-time playoff scoring list with 37 goals in three postseason runs.
