2012-13: Co-winner of the WHL’s Bob Clarke Trophy with linemate Brendan Leipsic for leading the league with 120 points…He and Leipsic also shared the Winterhawks’ MVP Award as voted on by teammates as well as the team’s Leading Scorer Award… Named to the Western Conference’s First All-Star Team…Led the WHL in assists (74), plus/minus (+68), tied for second in power play goals (18), tied for fourth in goals (46)…His 120 points more than tripled last season’s 35…Registered 40 multi-point games, including a five-point game on Mar. 16 at Seattle…Had two four-point games…Had a hat trick on Feb. 9 at Kelowna…Had four point streaks of at least seven games, with the longest being two nine-game stretches from Dec. 1 – 18 and Dec. 29 – Jan. 19…Won the WHL Player of the Month Award for January with 26 points in 13 games…Named the WHL’s Player of the Week in the first and last weeks of the season, and was named the CHL Player of the Week in the last week of the season.
