Winterhawks to Televise Nine Games on Portland’s CW

The Portland Winterhawks are once again partnering with Portland’s CW to televise 9 games during the 2017-18 regular season. All nine of the games will be against their long-time rivals the Seattle Thunderbirds.

In the Portland Metro area, Portland’s CW is available on Comcast Cable channel 3.  Portland’s CW is also on channel 32 on Dish and for DirecTV subscribers, channel 32. In all other areas, please contact your local cable operator.

The games will be a co-production with the Thunderbirds, to be shown in the Seattle area on JOEtv Channel 22/Cable 110.  Four games will be Hawks home games and five games from ShoWare Center.  Please note new start times.

Saturday, September 30, Seattle at Portland, 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 7, Portland at Seattle, 6:05 p.m.

Saturday, December 30, Portland at Seattle, 6:05 p.m.

Sunday, December 31, Seattle at Portland, 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 13, Seattle at Portland, 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 10, Portland at Seattle, 6:05 p.m.

Sunday, February 11, Seattle at Portland, 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, March 4, Portland at Seattle 5:05 p.m.

Saturday, March 17, Portland at Seattle, 6:05 p.m.
The Winterhawks will open the 2017-18 season on Saturday, September 23 when they play in Everett with the first home game Saturday, September 30, also being the first TV game of the season against the Seattle Thunderbirds at the Moda Center at 6 p.m.
