Calgary, AB – The Western Hockey League has announced the schedule for the 2012 WHL Championship Series between the Husky Eastern Conference Champion Edmonton Oil Kings and the Kal Tire Western Conference Champion Portland Winterhawks.  The winner of the WHL Championship Series will be presented the Ed Chynoweth Cup and represent the WHL at the 2012 MasterCard Memorial Cup in Shawinigan, Quebec.  Please see 2012 WHL Championship logo attached.
